DIVISIONS:

TOURNAMENT AND ENTRY DETAILS

Team Entry Fee is $225. Entire Team Entry Fee must be paid at time of registration.
Divisions are based on age groups identified on registration form, however, depending on the number of teams registering, games may be played across divisions.
Each team is guaranteed three games during round robin play. Check in at the Evergreen Lake House is Thursday December 31st, 2010 at 6:30am. Games will begin at approximately 7:00am.
Some divisions are already filling fast and may be closed to registration depending on overall registration in the event. ENTRY IS FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED!
To reserve a spot in the tournament please complete Drive Smart Pond Hockey Registration and Roster Form and submit with full payment of $225. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
